GCUCC's 2024 Pop-Up Shop Vendor Application
Dear Crafter/Artisan/Vendor,
It’s Galewood's 1st Annual Vendor Pop-up Shop!
Galewood Community Church United Church of Christ will host it's first ever Vendor Pop-Up Shop on
Saturday, May 4th, 2024. We are so excited and pray for a successful Pop-Up Shop and we hope you are
too! The Vendoro Pop-Up Shop is one of many fundraising efforts intended to help this 100 plus year old
church keep its doors open. There will be baked goods, popcorn and hot dogs for sale along with music,
prizes and freebies. The Vendor Pop-Up will be from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Vendor hours will be from
9:00am to 5:00pm.
The vendor rental fee is $30 for hand-crafters and $40 for commercial/retail, plus the donation of a
raffle prize, valued at $20 or more. Galewood will supply table(s) and chair(s) if needed. No specific
location is guaranteed. Street parking is available. EACH DISPLAY SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY

One outlet per space. Please bring extension cords.
Vendors are asked to confine their display space to only that which they have paid for. Tables,
chairs and racks not provided by Galewood cannot be used to expand the space. Vendor space
is limited, so don’t delay submit your application today! When Narthex is filled additional space is
available in the back. Application deadline is March 29, 2024.
